I started Bend Don’t Break Health & Fitness because I’ve seen too many people suffer from health issues that can be improved—or even prevented—through movement, proper nutrition, rest, and intentional growth. I believe your body is meant to adapt, not break, and training should support your life rather than wear you down.
My coaching is designed especially for adults over 40, with a focus on strength, mobility, flexibility, and long-term wellness. I take a holistic approach that addresses not just the physical side of fitness, but the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects as well.
